In his previous capacity as a Teacher and Army Officer he had several roles as an Education and Training Systems Specialist and Resettlement Officer, in Vietnam, PNG, Malaysia, NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and Canberra.
As a Project Management Specialist (30+years), Murray has worked with a wide variety of organisations (over 120) in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region to analyse, develop, design, conduct and evaluate programs for the development of business and project management staff of public and private sector organisations, including not-for-profits. His doctoral specialisation is designing and delivering organisational maturity in P3M and realising corporate results.
